  • We are not liable for the loss of a domain due to non-renewal or incorrect registration details.

3.2 Web Hosting

  • Hosting services include shared, VPS, or dedicated server options as described in your selected package.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Misuse, including illegal activity, spamming, or hosting prohibited content, may result in service suspension or termination.

3.3 Website Design

  • Website design services include layout creation, basic SEO, and mobile responsiveness as per the agreed package.
  • All design revisions must be requested within the project timeline specified in the agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

3.4 SSL Certificates

  • SSL certificates are issued through trusted Certificate Authorities (CAs).
  • Installation and renewal are the customer’s responsibility unless included in the service package.

3.5 Digital Marketing

  • Digital marketing services include SEO, social media management, email marketing, and PPC campaigns based on your package.
  • Marketing results are subject to multiple factors, including industry competition and algorithms, and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise specified.
  • Pricing details for services are outlined in your selected package.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our refund policy.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for data loss.
